Conference call number is to be confirmed (Call and for conference code within one month prior to the date confirmed) and will be utilized for the Ineedmd, Inc., shareholders meeting.

An update as to the progress of Ineedmd's commercial success,

An update as to the progress of Ineedmd's current financing,
