Monroe E. Trout, MD, JD is our Chairman of the Board.

Dr. Trout is a distinguished physician, national medical leader and business executive.

He is Chairman Emeritus of American Healthcare Systems, where he had also been CEO. He is also Chairman Emeritus of Cytic, inc., a highly successful medical device company under his leadership.

He is on the Board of Directors of Baxter International, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) and West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc.

He has been involved with over a dozen start-up companies.
